Event Manager / Employer Brand Manager

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Event Manager / Employer Brand Manager to join our HR team to broadcast our values ​​and goals!

  • Requirements:
    • At least 2 years of experience in related positions in IT companies (Event Manager, Employer Brand Manager, Communication manager, etc.);
    • Experience of work with remote teams;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Great organizational skills and a positive work ethic.

    As a plus: Experience in content marketing and SMM.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage and organize online and offline events (large-scale events for the whole company as well as small team buildings within teams);
    • Take part in corporate gifts creation (from a concept creation together with a marketing department to controlling the quality of gifts and giving them to employees);
    • Congratulate employees on significant events;
    • Organize online/offline social clubs (sports activities, games, quizzes);
    • Communication with employees, informing the whole team through corporate chats about news, changes in the company, and upcoming activities and events;
    • Promote all new benefits for employees, conduct a corporate digest;
    • Take an active part in the development of employee recognition and motivation programs;
    • Work with corporate fb and instagram accounts.
