Head of Delivery

  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years’ of Delivery / Project management experience;
    • Risk management experience;
    • Strong client-oriented attitude, attention to detail;
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • Problem-solving attitude using systems-thinking approaches;
    • Able to take initiative, be innovative and seek out opportunities to create effective change;
    • Team management experience;
    • Pre-sales experience;
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
    • Advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Nice to have:
    • Technical background;
    • Experience with eCommerce projects.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Suggest and Implement company strategic goals;
    • Global resources management;
    • Managing the Delivery team;
    • Participate in pre-sales and setting up new relationships with clients;
    • Issues resolution, both internal and external;
    • Review, update and add production-related processes and tools;
    • Ensuring stable and robust work of the internal production infrastructure and services;
    • Managing production-related budgets;
    • Close collaboration with other department Heads, share information appropriately and build supportive, trusting and professional relationships with colleagues;
    • Financial health and profitability of projects and accounts.
