HR Business Partner

Magecom company invites an experienced HR Business Partner who is interested to take the lead in the whole HR process, strategy and team. HR Business Partner in Magecom is one of the key managers and is the owner of the HR process, looks for weak spots and growth points, and offers solutions to improve them.

  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in HR or Business Partner role;
    • Experience in building HR processes;
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills;
    • Demonstrated coordination, tracking, organization, and time management skills;
    • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and more strategic tasks;
    • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility with all levels and all functions;
    • Experience in team management;
    • Experience with a multinational team as a plus;
    • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with all the department managers and leads and implement plans and programs according to company HR goals as set by the management team;
    • Drive and coordinate all HR processes, i.e. onboarding, offboarding, motivation, retention, L&D, performance management;
    • Be responsible for internal communication in the company;
    • Create learning programs that are aligned with the company’s objectives and needs;
    • Manage a team that consists of HR Assistant and HR People Partner;
    • Budget management.
