  • Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development for IT/Software outsourcing companies is a must;
    • Proven personal track record of closing 10+ deals;
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written;
    • Business analysis practice, familiarity with estimates process, ability to compose the proposal in a bright and persuasive way;
    • English – Upper intermediate and higher.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in lead generation;
    • BA and PM experience;
    • Experience with e-commerce domain in B2B and B2C aspects.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work with warm leads: learn the business problem and/or requirements, develop the proposal, negotiate, and close the deal;
    • Supervise deals launched, find up-sale and cross-sale opportunities, and develop the account;
    • Find new clients: expand the network of connections, find opportunities, and close deals.
