Refund Policy
If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with our services or products, you may request a refund. The refund will be considered only,
- If request will be made within 30 days after the expected delivery.
- If no other solution (fixes, edits) is applicable.
- If you provide a valid reason for requesting a return.
Once you have sent us a request, we will thoroughly review it and notify you on the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that Magecom does not refund 3rd party solutions.
