Refund Policy

If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with our services or products, you may request a refund. The refund will be considered only,

  1. If request will be made within 30 days after the expected delivery.
  2. If no other solution (fixes, edits) is applicable.
  3. If you provide a valid reason for requesting a return.

Once you have sent us a request, we will thoroughly review it and notify you on the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that Magecom does not refund 3rd party solutions.
