As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our strategic expertise to better serve clients at every stage of their eCommerce journey. We’re now looking for a eCommerce Consultant to help elevate our technical advisory capabilities, drive innovation, and play a key role in guiding our clients toward long-term success.

You’re not just a technical expert — you’re a client-facing problem-solver who’s equally comfortable deep in platform architecture or business flows, advising a stakeholder on their next move. You thrive in dynamic environments, love to stay on top of trends in eCommerce and tech, and enjoy guiding clients from pre-sales to post-launch. You’re excited by the idea of owning solutions across multiple platforms and playing a strategic role in shaping how we deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔸 Own the technical and strategic direction across two to three major eCommerce platforms (Shopware, Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce)
  • 🔸 Act as a solution lead in client engagements, including during the pre-sales phase
  • 🔸 Stay ahead of trends in the eCommerce technology and strategy

What We Value:

  • 🔸 Strong cultural awareness and ability to build rapport with international clients (native-level communication)
  • 🔸 Hands-on experience with Magento or Shopware
  • 🔸 Experience working directly with clients in a consultative or strategic role
  • 🔸 Curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies
  • 🔸 Experience with pre-sales and technical discovery processes.
  • 🔸 Familiarity with B2B and DTC/B2C models
  • 🔸 Flexibility to work in Eastern and Pacific Time zones
  • 🔸 Experience in business analysis or technical consulting is a strong plus
  • 🔸 Understanding of eCommerce marketing, CRO, and SEO will be a strong plus
