Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔸 Research and identify potential leads through various channels (primarily LinkedIn; also email, web, and CRM)
  • 🔸 Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email to generate qualified leads
  • 🔸 Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team member
  • 🔸 Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects in the CRM system
  • 🔸 Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies
  • 🔸 Continuously improve messaging templates and outreach processes based on feedback and performance data

What We Value:

  • 🔸 1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation via LinkedIn
  • 🔸 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 🔸 Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • 🔸 Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • 🔸 Proactive mindset with solid research and analytical abilities
  • 🔸 Persistence, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach

Would Be a Plus:

  • 🔸 Experience with automated outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Outreach.io)
  • 🔸 Understanding of modern eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Shopware)
